Together again at last! We discovered a long time ago that Jaden would be involved in Shyamalan’s sci fi project and today we’re learning that Will and Jaden will be flexing their box office muscle together!

THR/Heat Vision 1st broke the story that Shyamalan had been teaming up with Smith around the sci-fi project in October. During the time, the project was referred to as One Thousand AE.

Set 1,Thousand years into the future, the movie centers on a young child who navigates an abandoned and often scary Earth to save himself and his estranged father right after their ship crashes.

Shyamalan and can Smith will produce with James Lassiter, Jada Pinkett Smith and Ken Stovitz, Smith’s companions at Overbrook Entertainment. The screenplay is by M. Night Shyamalan and also Gary Whitta.

I was excited till I noticed I read the name Shyamalan. The Smith family has been receiving a lot of positive coverage lately, so today’s revelation that they’re both joining up with a guy with a lot to generate up for either tends to make him a big winner or even them the biggest losers.
